All add-on options are available at a fixed rate. Purchase 2D digital floor plans and twilight photos for each real estate shoot as needed.
2D Digital Floor Plans
According to Zillow’s 2021 consumer data, 81% of buyers are more likely to tour a home in person if they enjoy the digital floor plan listed. This supplementary content allows home buyers to clearly picture their belongings in any property. While we photograph your home, we’ll scan it with a floor plan mapping software to capture the property’s dimensions.
Our Furnished Floor Plan is created with potential home buyers in mind. We scan your home’s interior with a specialized software to create a 2D floor plan with estimated dimensions. The added details like countetops, bathroom fixtures, shelving, door paths, and more help your customers imagine themselves moving in before they even tour the space.
We produce our Basic Floor Plan by scanning the dimensions of your home’s interior with a specialized software. The 2D floor plan includes estimated dimensions of each room with notations for windows, doors, stairs, closets, and other major features of the home.

Terms of Service:
Payment is due immediately upon delivery of images/media unless a written mutual agreement for payment at a later date has been confirmed with Real Stated Images DBA Kyle McPherson.
Cancellation & Travel Policy:
Please note that the base photoshoot fee of $75 will be charged for travel to a scheduled shoot, even if the home is not ready upon arrival or if the shoot is canceled within 12 hours of the appointment. Thank you for your understanding.
Copyright and Photo Usage
Copyright Notice:
The photographer who has taken the image, video or other media is the copyright holder of said media. The copyright of the media is not transferred to any other party unless a specific written agreement is made. Licensing may be obtained for various applications of images, please contact us for more details.
Photo Rights and Usage for Real Estate Photography:
The original agent who paid for this service has permission to use these images/media on any electronic or printed form of advertisement for the promotion of the property listing only. The licensing agreement is valid only for the duration the home/property is listed for sale by the original agent and cannot be reused for any reason without specific written permission. Images/media cannot be sold to another agent or person. Failure to pay for the images/media will result in copyright infringement/violation. You will be asked to remove the image/media from any electronic or printed form or advertisement. Failure to stop using the images/media will result in legal action. Formal removal requests will be made to the MLS and other listing services if posted without completing payment in full prior to posting.

The upload link will be valid for 10 days. Limited copyright permission as stated above to use images online or on any social media is not valid until payment is made in full.
