Meet the Owner
Hi, I’m Kyle McPherson.
I believe good photography has the power to connect people from any background without a single word.
I first began experimenting with landscape photography years ago, finding a passion for capturing stunning architecture and the natural wonders of our world. In time, I felt that this passion and skill could be utilized to benefit others, leading me to do practice shoots on homes around the Omaha metro area. It was then that I truly found my niche, and I have never had a dull day on the job since. I work with folks all over the city, drawing on my attention to unique details and creativity to portray their homes in the best light possible.
It is an honor and a privilege to present your home the way it deserves to be viewed. As a homeowner myself, I know how exhausting the home selling process can be. It is my mission to take some of this stress out of your hands and exceed your expectations for photographs that showcase your welcoming, beautiful space. It is a thrilling experience to know I can connect you with prospective buyers through the power of photography.
Check out my gallery to see my other shoots, or follow @realstatedimages on Facebook and Instagram to stay up to date on my current projects. I look forward to working with you.
What to Expect at Your Home Photoshoot
We want you to know the high caliber of work we produce before you book. Here’s how a typical real estate photoshoot will run when you hire Real Stated Images.
Day of the Shoot
When we arrive at your property, we first investigate the house for things to tidy up, arrange, or organize. We ensure the home is clean, that all cleaning supplies are put away, and all knick-knacks are tidied or hidden. If the owners are home, we may ask them to move any personal items they don’t want pictured. Then, we’ll optimize natural and artificial lighting available to us. We do this to minimize eye sores and produce a warm, bright image of your home.
During the Shoot
We compose our shots to show every detail possible of the home’s rooms and notable features. We want our photos to place prospective buyers in the home as if they’re walking through in person. We also take detail shots of desirable amenities, such as a built-in bar or an impressive stovetop. The end result is a series of photos that flows through the house’s floorplan and focuses in on unique features that will depict the merits of your home.
After the Shoot
In post-production, we fix any lighting issues and remove remaining distractions. We also prepare your add-ons, like twilight exterior edits and 2D floorplans. All photos are delivered the day after the shoot on an accessible, online cloud software.
Checklist to Prepare Your Home for a Real Estate Photoshoot
While we always tidy up your home before photographing it, you can help to make the process more efficient. Here’s a room-by-room checklist of ways to declutter and organize your home before your real estate photoshoot. - Arrange patio furniture and other unmovable items aesthetically.
